Harry's Shoes welcomes the following payment means:

1) Harry's Shoes ships via United Parcel Service, ground insured service to any continental United States address to which the UPS service delivers (no Post Office boxes). Our UPS charges are as follows, for delivery in the contiguous 48 United States only:
- For the first pair in any shipment, the charge is $12.00.
- When you order footwear of $200 or more, ALL shipping charges will be waived (Continental United States only). If a return is made which drops the footwear total below $200, your freight charges will be adjusted. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S., please e-mail us at info@Harrys-Shoes.com, or call weekdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time 866-4-HARRYS.
- For calculating shipping costs on hosiery, socks and shoe care products, any combination of up to six (6) items will equal one (1) pair of footwear, except for shoe trees, which are equivalent to one (1) pair of footwear.
- Shipping to any address not in the continental U.S. will be calculated for you if you e-mail us at Info@Harrys-Shoes.com. Any amount appearing as "shipping charges" on your order for delivery outside the continental U.S. is subject to change.
* Note that shipment will be made according to the provisions in item #3 below.
2) Harry's Shoes will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of original shipping date to you.

An authorization code may be gotten by e-mail to returns@Harrys-shoes.com, or by telephone to 1-866-4-HARRYS (1-866-442-7797) . Merchandise returns without pre-authorization will be refused. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option.

Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
3) Our staff will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Back Order an item to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately three weeks for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status from the Home Page. Back order delays are indicated to the best of our ability at the time of order. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been receivied by us; NOT a guarantee of availability. Rarely items may be sold out in certain sizes as a result of prior sales. If there is a shipping rate difference, we will notify you via e-mail prior to filling your order
4) No orders placed online may be picked up at the store. To do so; rather than ordering online, please place your order by telephone.
